Dave Wessinger started his staffing industry career with Star Personnel in 1991. In 2005, Star Personnel was acquired by Resolve Staffing which was then acquired by Select Staffing in 2008. With two acquisitions in 3 years Dave took the mergers in stride and continued to deliverexcellent customer service.
In 2010,Dave was recruited by the founding members of Star Personnel, to conduct business as The Job Store. In four short yearsDave has aided and facilitated in the growth of The Job Store and our Client Management System. Dave’s drive and passion for people and the staffing industryhas been a huge asset to his career in the staffing industry. His dedication to The Job Store and our Clients is a driving force for the company and employees.
Education: Bowling Green State University graduate.
Dawn Wright started her staffing industry career with Star Personnel in 1998 as an administrative assistant. Dawn earned her current title asDirector of Branch Operations over the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky regions in 2012. Dawn is known for her customer service, honesty, and forward thinking in regards to implementing new business processes. Her processes driveincreases in productivity andcost reduction, while improving quality and Client satisfaction.
Dawn works hand-in-hand with every aspect of her position. She oversees the implementation and execution of activities related to day to day operations, training, compliance, process efficiency, and improving client satisfaction.
Dawn supports the Big Brother, Big Sister organization and The American Cancer Society; in addition she has done several Breast Cancer Walks.
Tracey Hawkinscame to the Job Store with over 20 years of staffing experience. Tracey has worked for multiple private and national staffing providers. Since joining The Job Store in 2013 as a Regional Manager Tracey has enjoyed tremendous success, including her promotion to Vice President of Operations.
Tracey started in the staffing industry as a Recruiter at Snelling Personnel, where she worked her way up to Branch Manager. Tracey is deeply passionate about recruiting, operations, sales management, client servicing, and the day to day operations of running a staffing branch. Tracey joined Atlas Employment where she worked as a Regional Manager.
Tracey joined First Choice Staffing where she worked for 8 years as the leader of a very strong industrial staffing office! In 2013 Tracey was recruited to work for The Job Store. In her role as Vice President of Operations Tracey oversees the Louisville, Kentucky market. Tracey prides herself on excellent client relationships and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Staffing continues to be a passion for her and she is excited to lead her team to the next level in Kentucky!
Education: Bowling Green State University graduate Master’s of Arts Degree in Counseling.
Mike Decker is the Vice President of Business Development and Executive Account Manager. Mike has a record of strategic leadership spanning innovative, industry leading business development and client success models with groundbreaking impact to account retention and revenue growth.
Mike has held executive and senior management roles both domestically and internationally in the energy industry. This includes international assignments in Tunis, Tunisia, and Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and domestic responsibilities throughout the United States.
The Job Store is committed to first in class service, long term Partnerships and strategic growth. Mike’s passion and experience with strategic business development and account management, has resulted in an outstanding addition to the Executive team.
Education: The University of Findlay graduate Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Diane Dudley has 21 years of experience in all facets of the temporary staffing industry. Diane started her career with the staffing industry in as a Business Developer with Star Personnel. Diane’s skillset includes operations management, back office internal & temporary associate payroll, client billing and all treasury management and accounting functions. Diane earned the title Controllerand has been a tremendous asset to The Job Store!
Diane’s extensive knowledge of workers compensation is pivotal to controlling costs.Diane’s combination of education and industry experience will ensure the success of The Job Store.
Education: University of Cincinnati and Xavier University graduate and undergraduate Business/Human Resources.
