Emily is a Certified Public Accountant and began her career in public accounting specializing in tax, financial and business consulting. Emily has worked closely with The Job Store on financial and business matters since 2008. Her knowledge of The Job Store’s operations combined with her financial background and customer service mindset made her an excellent addition to the Management Team.
Emily volunteers her time as a faculty member for Bad Girl Ventures, a local nonprofit that assists women entrepreneurs get the tools they need to start and succeed in business.
Education: Northern Kentucky University, Bachelor of Science Business Administration/Accounting; Masters of Accountancy
Navid Bashardoust is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Computer Science. He joined The Job Store family in March 2012 where he serves as the chief information Officer (CIO). Navid has over 20 years’ experience in the field of information technology and has served in both public and private corporate settings with extensive experience in enterprise computing, security, and telecommunications. At The Job Store, he oversees the Information Technology division as well as sets IT direction and coordinates infrastructure and service delivery across all branches.
Previously, Navid served as the Solutions Architect at IBM, GE, and Convergys where he was responsible for the development, support, and management of software products produced by the company.
Navid volunteers his time to coach a number of youth sports programs. Coaching provides him the opportunity to give back to the community and to teach young athletes about the game, fair play, and good sportsmanship.
Diane Dudley-Bernhard has twenty-one years of experience in all facets of the temporary staffing industry. Diane started her career as a Business Developer with Star Personnel, the original staffing start-up. As Controller, she is a key liaison within the company. Her skillset includes front and back office operations management, payroll, client billing, treasury management and accounting functions.
Diane’s extensive knowledge of workers compensation is pivotal to controlling costs. Her combination of education and industry experience will ensure the success of The Job Store.
Education: Xavier University and University of Cincinnati graduate and undergraduate Business/Human Resources.
Bob is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in Human Resources. The early part of his career was spent working in Human Resources and Risk for companies such as Pacific Dunlop, Bristol Myers & Squibb, and Coca-Cola. Prior to joining OneSource, Bob worked as a consultant to employers in the areas of workers compensation, unemployment compensation, and human resources. He has consulted for employers of all sizes and all types of organizations. He is well regarded as one of the top experts in the State of Ohio for workers’ compensation.
Tasha Bell joined The Job Store as the Director of Workforce Planning in early 2016. A skilled partner within human resources and organizational development, Tasha also enjoys the planning, analysis and the day to day operation duties to inform and influence business leaders, and clients in the areas of key talent acquisition issues, actions, and strategies. Interpreting business requirements and translating them into successful recruitment solutions is her goal; spearheading internal and external talent growth through creative sourcing, operation management and business development are additional skills she has brought to our team.
Tasha is an active member of her community; as a member of the Board of Directors with Against All Odds International and a child ambassador with World Vision and Love a Child.
Education: Argosy University, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Associates in Visual Communication, Computer Software Design and AV Management.
In 1998 Dawn Wright began her staffing industry career with Star Personnel as an administrative assistant. She has climbed the ranks and has earned her current title as Director of Branch Operations in 2012. Currently she oversees the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky regions. Dawn is known for her customer service, honesty, and forward thinking in regards to implementing new business processes. Her processes drive increases in productivity and cost reduction, while improving quality and Client satisfaction.
Dawn works hand-in-hand with every aspect of her position. She oversees the implementation and execution of activities related to day to day operations, training, compliance, process efficiency, and improving client satisfaction.
Dawn supports the Big Brother, Big Sister organization and The American Cancer Society; in addition she has done several Breast Cancer Walks.
In 1991 Dave Wessinger began his career, in the staffing industry, with Star Personnel. In 2005, Star Personnel was acquired by Resolve Staffing which was then acquired by Select Staffing in 2008. With two acquisitions in 3 years Dave took the mergers in stride and continued to deliver excellent customer service. His dedication to Client’s is one of Dave’s biggest attributes.
In 2010, Dave was recruited by the founding members of Star Personnel to conduct business as The Job Store. During his time with The Job Store Dave has aided and facilitated the company’s growth of and Client Management System. His drive and passion for people has been a huge asset to his career in the staffing industry.
Education: Bowling Green State University graduate.
Tracey Hawkins joined The Job Store Team in 2013 as a Regional Manager with over 20 years of staffing experience. Tracey has enjoyed tremendous success in the staffing industry, including her promotion to Director of Operations – overseeing the Louisville Region.
Tracey began her career in the staffing industry as a Recruiter at Snelling Personnel, where she worked her way up to Branch Manager. Tracey is deeply passionate about recruiting, operations, sales management, client servicing, and the day to day operations of running a staffing branch. Tracey then joined Atlas Employment where she worked as a Regional Manager.
Tracey joined First Choice Staffing where she worked for 8 years as the leader of a very strong industrial staffing office! In 2013 Tracey was recruited to work for The Job Store. In her role as Director of Operations, Tracey oversees the Louisville, Kentucky market. Tracey prides herself on excellent client relationships and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Staffing continues to be a passion for her and she is excited to lead her team to the next level in Kentucky!
Education: Bowling Green State University graduate Masters of Arts Degree in Counseling.
Mike Decker is the Director of Business Development and Executive Account Manager. Mike has a record of strategic leadership spanning innovative, industry leading business development and client success models with groundbreaking impact to account retention and revenue growth.
Mike has held executive and senior management roles both domestically and internationally in the energy industry. This includes international assignments in Tunis, Tunisia, and Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and domestic responsibilities throughout the United States.
The Job Store is committed to first in class service, long term Partnerships and strategic growth. Mike’s passion and experience with strategic business development and account management, has resulted in an outstanding addition to the Executive team.
Education: The University of Findlay graduate Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
